About
Egypt-born. MENA-ready. Globally credible.
Forsa is not a job board. It is employability infrastructure: the layer that scopes real work, supervises it, and turns it into evidence an employer can trust.
Why we exist
Egypt produces large numbers of capable graduates every year into a labour market that cannot assess them. Employers do not doubt talent exists; they lack a reliable, low-cost way to verify it at entry level. That gap keeps capable people out of work and keeps employers hiring conservatively.
Forsa closes the gap by standardising what a placement is: a scoped project, a named supervisor, agreed hours, defined deliverables, structured feedback and a verifiable record.
Our principles
- Honesty over hype. We never promise outcomes we cannot control.
- Structure over volume. Fewer, better placements beat thousands of vague listings.
- Verification over claims. If it cannot be checked, it does not belong in a record.
- Protection over growth. We remove hosts who exploit interns, even if it costs us supply.
- Free access to opportunity. Applying is free, permanently.
Where we operate
We launch in Cairo and Alexandria with remote-first delivery, then expand across Egypt and into the wider MENA region. The model is deliberately portable: verification standards, project templates and evidence records do not depend on one city or sector.
Where this goes
Over time Forsa becomes the reference layer for early-career capability in the region: universities plan cohorts against it, sponsors fund outcomes through it, and employers use it to de-risk entry-level hiring. That only works if the record stays trustworthy, which is why verification and safeguarding come before scale.
