What we commit to
Forsa runs the internships. Cognify — a community dedicated to supporting people with special needs and their families, and the team behind shadow teacher support, educational support and employment for people with disabilities — shapes the support, so the way you work is designed around you from the first day.

- Supervisors are briefed on how you prefer to work before the project starts.
- What you share stays private to you. Nothing reaches a host organization unless you choose to send it.

Do I have to disclose a disability?
No. Nothing is required. You can join, apply and finish a project without answering a single question about support. If you do share something, it stays private to you and the Forsa support team.
Will this limit which projects I see?
No. You see the whole marketplace, ranked the same way as everyone else, and you always see why a project matched you. Nothing you share about support is used in matching.
What changes for my supervisor?
If you choose to share your preferences, your supervisor is briefed before the project starts, so the first week is set up the way that works for you. Deliverables and standards stay the same.
Is there any cost?
No. Creating an account and applying is free for interns, on this pathway and on the main one.
