How it works

One structured, fully remote journey, the same for everyone

Every project is 100% remote, so the journey below is the same whether you are in Cairo, Qena or Kafr El Sheikh. Forsa is not a job board with a nicer interface: it is an operating layer that defines what gets scoped, supervised, delivered and verified.

  • Deliver work remotely over four to six weeks against agreed milestones, in your own time within the agreed hours.
  • Log check-ins so progress is visible to you and your supervisor.

For host organizations

  • Confirm the start date, tool access and the video check-in cadence.

Progress

For interns (students and fresh graduates)

  • Move on to another project, freelance work, study or employment.
  • Your evidence stays with you and remains checkable.

For host organizations

  • Convert strong performers into freelance work or hires.
  • Re-post the project template for the next cycle.

Honest expectations

Forsa provides structured work-based learning and employability support. Participation does not guarantee employment, income, investment, or acceptance by a host organization.

Optional paid packages add guided support and structured practice. They never buy a placement, ranking advantage, or influence over a host organization's selection decision.
