1. What Forsa is

Forsa is a marketplace and operating layer connecting interns with host organizations for structured, time-bound work projects. Forsa is not an employer, employment agency, or party to any employment relationship between an intern and a host.

2. Eligibility

• Intern accounts require accurate identity, education and availability information.
• Host accounts must be created by someone authorised to act for the organization.
• Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended without notice.

3. Intern obligations

• Commit to agreed hours and deliverables for the placement duration.
• Maintain confidentiality over host information and materials.
• Communicate professionally and escalate concerns through Forsa.

4. Host obligations

• Provide the supervision, scope and conditions described in the published project.
• No unpaid overtime, no unagreed scope changes, no unsafe or exploitative conditions.
• Provide timely feedback and confirm completion honestly.
• Comply with applicable labour, tax and data protection law.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work produced for a host during a placement belongs to that host. Interns may describe their contribution and share approved evidence, but may not publish confidential host materials.

6. Payments and packages

Applying to opportunities is free. Where optional paid packages are offered, they provide guided support and practice only. They confer no advantage in matching, ranking or selection, and no host is obliged to select any intern.

7. Verification records

Forsa records what was scoped, delivered and confirmed. Records reflect host confirmations and are not a guarantee of an intern's future performance.

8. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms, misrepresents itself, or places an intern at risk. Published projects from a suspended host are withdrawn.

9. No guarantee

Forsa provides structured work-based learning and employability support. Participation does not guarantee employment, income, investment, or acceptance by a host organization.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forsa is not liable for the acts or omissions of host organizations or interns. Specific liability limits and governing law are subject to [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED].
